Some of our items are too large or heavy for standard carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS. These oversized pieces require special handling and travel via LTL freight (less-than-truckload), not parcel networks.
Here’s how it works:
Your item ships from the manufacturer to a regional warehouse.
From there, it’s delivered to your home — either threshold (doorstep) or white glove (in-room setup), based on your selection.
Unlike standard shipping, freight costs depend on multiple factors:
The origin and destination zip codes
The combined size and weight of all items in your order
Local delivery conditions (e.g., stairs, rural access)
Because freight pricing is dynamic and not fixed at checkout, we charge a refundable shipping deposit on orders containing oversized items. This deposit is based on typical freight costs by weight and region.
If the actual shipping cost comes in lower, we’ll automatically refund the difference.
If the cost exceeds the deposit, we’ll contact you with the quote so you can approve the adjustment or cancel the order at no charge.Our goal is to keep the experience seamless while ensuring fairness and flexibility for both local and long-distance customers.

If you’ve selected the white-glove delivery service add-on for oversized items, the cost will be applied at checkout. However, the amount added to your cart is only a deposit. Because each shipment is unique, a custom quote is required based on the origin, destination, and items ordered. We’ll follow up within 48 hours with your final shipping cost and refund any remaining balance, if applicable.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.
Custom orders must be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.
After these grace periods, cancellations will not be accepted.
Rush orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances. -

We hope you love your selections, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept eligible items for return under the conditions outlined below. -
Not all items are eligible for return.
We do not accept returns on:Final Sale items
Custom or made-to-order products
Wired or assembled items
Used items or items missing original packaging
Altered products (repainted, refinished, cut, etc.)
Gift cards
International orders or orders outside of the contiguous United States
Interior Design Services

You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
All returns over $100 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items under $100 will incur a flat restocking fee of $15.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Products returned without prior approval, without original packaging, or outside of the designated return window will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@interiorselections.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions within 5 business days.After receiving your RA, you will have 14 days to return your item to the specified return address.
Important:
Returns must be shipped from the original delivery address.
Items returned without an RA number or beyond the 14-day window will not be accepted.
All original packaging must be retained and used for the return shipment.

Handling returns requires time, labor, inspection, and care. Additionally, many returned items cannot be resold due to damage sustained in transit or compromised packaging.
